The City of Atlantic Beach and Lumen Repertory Theatre present Theatre in the Park.
The Shakespearean Games: 2026 is a live, interactive mashup of Shakespeare's greatest scenes and improv-style competition. Professional actors, joined by Lumen Rep's NEXTGEN Apprentice Company, face off in head-to-head challenges while taking audience suggestions and unexpected direction in real time.
Featuring scenes from Much Ado About Nothing, The Taming of the Shrew, A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Comedy of Errors, The Tempest, and Hamlet, the evening is fast, funny, and unpredictable. Whether you're a Shakespeare fan or new to the Bard, this family-friendly performance promises a fun night of theatre under the stars.
The event is free and open to the public. Bring a chair or blanket and enjoy the show!
A food truck will be on-site both nights with food and refreshments available for purchase.
